These terms apply when you use the Vanuatu Buy & Sell website, create an account, or place an order. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the policies linked below.

2. Accounts
You must give accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or misuse.
3. Products and descriptions
We try to describe and photograph products accurately, but colours and appearance may vary slightly between screens. Product availability can change at any time.
4. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when your payment is confirmed. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item is unavailable, a price was clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are set and charged in Vanuatu Vatu (VUV). If you are signed in, prices may also be shown in your own currency as a guide, using a daily exchange rate; the amount charged is always the VUV total, and your bank converts it. The total at checkout includes products, any discount, and postage. Payment is processed by Stripe; see Payment Methods.
6. Discount codes
Our 10% welcome code is for a customer’s first order, can be used once, applies to products but not delivery, and only works with the email address it was issued to. Codes have no cash value and cannot be combined.
7. Cancellations, returns, and refunds
You may cancel within 24 hours of ordering if the order has not been posted yet. Returns and refunds are covered by our Return Policy and Refund Policy.
8. Delivery
Delivery options, costs, and timeframes are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates.
9. Customer reviews
Customers can review items they received from the link in their delivery email. Reviews must be honest and about the product, and must not include personal details, offensive language, or links. Photos must show the product you received and must not show other people or anyone’s personal details; we check every photo before it appears. We publish reviews whether they are positive or negative, but we may hide or remove a review or photo that breaks these rules. We never write reviews ourselves or pay for them. Other visitors can mark a review as helpful.
10. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, including attempting to access other people’s accounts or orders, interfering with its security, or using it for unlawful purposes.
11. Intellectual property
Content on this website, including text, logos, and photos, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as weather, postal or customs delays, or natural disasters. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer laws of Vanuatu that cannot be excluded.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Vanuatu.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
