Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something arrives damaged, faulty, or not as ordered, we will make it right.
No product may be returned without our written approval. Contact us first; we will tell you how and where to return it.
1. Items eligible for return
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving or collecting your order if the item:
- arrived damaged or faulty;
- is different from what you ordered (wrong item, size, or colour); or
- is significantly different from its description on our website.
2. Items not eligible for return
- Fresh produce and food items (Crops & Produce and Local Groceries), unless they arrived damaged, spoiled, or incorrect. Report these within 48 hours of delivery or collection.
- Items that have been used, washed, damaged after delivery, or are not in their original condition and packaging, unless faulty.
- Items where the only issue is a change of mind after the 24-hour cancellation period (see below).
3. Cancelling an order
You can cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of ordering, as long as it has not yet been posted. Email vanuatubuyandsell@gmail.com with your order number.
4. How to request a return
- Email vanuatubuyandsell@gmail.com with your order number, the item, and a description of the problem.
- Include clear photos of the item, any damage or fault, and the packaging.
- We will reply within 2 business days with our decision and, if approved, instructions for returning the item.
5. Return costs
If the return is due to our error (damaged, faulty, or wrong item), we cover reasonable return costs. For other approved returns, return delivery costs may be your responsibility; we will confirm this before you send anything.
6. What happens next
After we receive and inspect the item, we will offer one resolution: a replacement, a refund under our Refund Policy, or store credit if you prefer.
