Taxes & Duties
Last updated: 26 October 2026
Orders are posted from Australia, so they are international parcels. This page explains what is included in the price you pay us, and what your country’s customs service may charge when the parcel arrives.
1. What our price includes
The total shown at checkout (products, any discount, and postage) is the full amount we charge. We do not add taxes or fees after you pay.
2. Import duties and taxes
When the parcel arrives, the customs service in your country (in Vanuatu, the Department of Customs and Inland Revenue) may charge import duty, VAT or other taxes, or a handling fee. These charges are set by your government, not by us, are not included in our prices, and are payable by the person receiving the parcel.
Whether a charge applies, and how much, depends on your country’s rules, the type of goods and their value. If you are unsure, ask your local customs office before ordering. We declare the true contents and value on every customs form.
3. Refused or uncollected parcels
If import charges are not paid or a parcel is not collected, the postal service may return it to us or dispose of it. In that case we can refund the products once the parcel is back with us, less the original postage and any return costs.
4. Bank and card fees
Your bank or card issuer may charge its own fees, such as an international transaction or currency conversion fee. These are not set or collected by us. See Payment Methods.
